Ramin manages 3 of our properties in Scottsdale / Gilbert and we have consistent 5 star reviews. Our guests always put communication and cleanliness of our places as the top compliment. We honestly have to do nothing when it comes to the 3 properties and its been a huge relief.

Really professional, responsible, and time saving!  I never realized how much money I could make off my home using this vacation rental management company. I own a single family home in Scottsdale,AZ that I used to rent long term because I didn't have the time to deal with background checks, key exchanges, all the communication, hiring cleaners, and it wasn't earning enough as a long term rental.  Just when I was thinking about selling, a friend of mine told me about Ramin and his team and they've really taken care of everything! They deal with the renters and any issues that may arise and while they get a 20% fee, overall I'm making 3x the money now.  Highly recommend using Sway!

I hired Sway BNB for my parents properties. I have had a great expierence so far. After a few months Ramin got the properties rolling with bookings. He's stayed on top of it all and assisted when any issues came up so the guests would have a positive experience.

This company is like finding a diamond in the rough. They are hands on and ever since they took over my place is booked 25 plus days a month. One thing different from other companies around Scottsdale is that they allow you to own your Air B N B listing and VRBO so it looks like people are renting from the owner instead of a property management company. Also what is great about this is if you ever decide to get up and leave and do it on your own you dont lose all your 5 star reviews. I was with Evolve prior to finding Sway and was at 35 to 40 percent occupancy. Im now at 85 plus percent occupancy rate at an average of $250 per night. Ive met and talked to every single local property management in town and Sway is by far the best and is very hands on.
