Jim has been my PM since I purchased my property and turned it into a rental (4 years). He's always been good about getting back to me when I have questions. We started with long term rentals and then we furnished it and switched to short term. For both types, he's been successful at keeping it rented over 90% of the time. He's thorough at screening potential renters. To date, renters have always paid on time and taken good care of my property and left it in good condition.
