On multiple times carrier marked package was delivered in parcel locker. I never got confirmation e-mail needed to open locker and when front office of apartments opened all lockers package was not in there. Also they have marked package as undeliverable and was about to send it back to Canada but after calling and confirming that label was in fact complete I had to drive to post office to pick up package. I thought moving to fancy Scottsdale would have perks but honestly l've had more packages "lost" than when I lived in the 'hood. Beware if you order any packages. You might not get them. One month later It happened again. Same company from Canada sends me a package that is marked as delivered but it's nowhere to be found. I strongly believe the carrier is either stealing or throwing away my package. And it's just from this Canadian company. All other packages that come from the states get here fine. I wish they would actually investigate the problem and deal with it.

of all the delivery service providers USPS is the most awful. my packages get lost all the time. any other carrier is great, USPS = lost packages. Employees are incredibly rude. They mix my mail up. I get neighbors mail all the time, lazy! And are lazy as hell. I cant tell you how often i have to go to the office to pick up mail bc. They mailman is lazy. This location is awful.

I find this one of the friendliest post offices around. They are often busy, but try their best to help.
