I was really overwhelmed by all the different softeners and which would be the best option for us, and the owners were so helpful in assessing our needs and recommending the best product. The water softener is incredible and I immediately felt such a huge difference in water quality right after they installed it. They were prompt with ordering all supplies and got us in right away as soon as the softener and parts were delivered. Mike is wonderful. He serviced my water heater and when I asked him about the RO system in my kitchen, he asked to take a look and offered to get it running for me. I will never call any other plumber. Thanks Mike!
