        Ordered from here off grub hub it was the wrong location. When I called to cancel the order they said they couldnt cancel it that I would have to cancel on Grubhub. Called grub hub to cancel but the service person said long wongs already started making the food so I couldnt get refund. I called to cancel the order immediately so I know they didnt start making the food yet. Ripped off my money period. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

      Hello David, we are very sorry you had this experience with grubhub . Once an order is placed and confirmed by store, it moves order to “In Kitchen “ status which no longer allows us to make any alterations to orders like canceling or marking something out of stock as an example because we already confirmed that we have everything we need to start preparing. That is why we have to tell you that any alterations or cancellation have to go through grubhub. This is more of a policy issue with grubhub and this does not represent our store’s actions, we hope you can give us a try and love our food.
