      image Ordered on-line early in the day To-Go at 6pm. I showed up about 10 minutes early, paid, included a tip, was told pizza needed 4 minutes more - ok, no problem, I was early. Sat down at the counter, after 10 minutes I had to remind the person who waited on me, "oh yea, what's your name?" Pizza was undercooked and now several minutes older than it should have been. Probably not returning to this joint, definitely NOT providing a tip in the future.
