Was recommended to Michael by a friend who knows and appreciates art when I was looking for someone to repair a family heirloom painting which fedex damaged while shipping. Michael repaired the broken frame and glass, as well as the mount and upgraded the job by adding spacers within the frame. I would highly recommend Michael @ Clare Frame & Art to anyone who appreciates genuine, caring, professional craftsmanship delivered at a very affordable price. Very few places offer incredible service at value prices. This is truly a diamond in the rough. I wish I could give more than five stars. Thanks again Michael! Great work!

What a delight it is to work with Michael Clare! He is an incredible master of his trade and his every work shows exquisite detail, innovative thought where it is "something quite different than usual", and his absolutely gracious personality and desire to please his customers. I can't say enough good about Michael's work. Having had a father who was a master in woodworking, I know detail and quality beyond what meets the eye. Michael prepared two quite heavy mirrors with special framing for placing on the wall in a way that doesn't leave any question about whether or not they would remain in place! It was very easy to see that his concern was our safety that it was done properly and would be completely safe. I had a question about that in my mind for a while, and when he explained why he recommended what he did, it was so clear that was exactly what we needed to do. Michael is now in my contacts as we will call upon him again whenever we have a need and we will certainly refer him to anyone we know that has a need for his services. We live about 45 minutes or so away from his free and art shop, but we will gladly make the trek over. You simply cannot go wrong with Michael and his work. And I might add that he is very fair with his pricing. I feel like I made a new friend. Thank you, Michael! You are a true pro....and an absolutely wonderful, caring person! God bless you.

My best friend gifted us a gorgeous mirror as a housewarming gift for our new home in Scottsdale. This 2' x 3' mirror was too heavy to be mounted with just a wire setup so I called Clare Framing for some insight and help.I called about 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday and Michael offered to help us out right away. I jumped in the car, arrived in about ten minutes, and Michael even helped me unload the mirror from my car since it was so heavy and unwieldy.You can tell that Michael really enjoys what he does for a living. He takes care in every thing that he does and there is a real precision to his work. He walked me step-by-step in terms of how to use our new mounting system and we feel so much better now about hanging the mirror up safely. We will definitely be back for any and all of our framing needs!
