I love this Barre 3 studio! They have a variety of class times, instructors, and formats (some 45 min and some 60 min). The staff is welcoming and I always feel better walking out of here than I did coming in.

Knowledgeable instructors who teach body alignment and make sure youre achieving proper form in each movement. Amazing classes and playlist that challenge you and keep you motivated. Everyone at the studio is so nice and make you feel so comfortable.

If you are thinking about trying barre3, then let this be your sign to go for it! Ive been a member for years, and it still brings me so much joy. I love the instructors, the staff, the owner, the classes, and the community. Barre3 is a workout that I crave. Its fun, safe, and challenging. Theres really nowhere better!

Love this studio and the workouts. The classes are challenging while still fun, and the instructors are motivating. Its a great mix of cardio, strength, and stretching. Has a very welcoming vibe.

I love my Barre 3 Family. The workouts are always challenging but so much fun! All the instructor's are really good too, so bonus there.
