        ABS has been excellent in their customer service, product knowledge and attention to detail. Ive used them for our office equipment needs for 15 years, weve always had same day service for any performance interruptions. Easy to refer to John and the crew, theyre the best.

        We are so frustrated with them. For years we have put up with poor performance out of the machine and a lack of ability or priority to fix it. They are both unresponsive, unreliable and unable to fix the machines that they are recommended we use. STAY AWAY!!!!
