Don't wait, plan ahead, it seems prescription refills are taking 24 hours. Went today at 1:00 to get 2 simple prescription refills -- told me they won't be ready until tomorrow. No reason. They close at 6:00. Apparently 5 hours is not enough time to get prescription refills. I've been getting my prescriptions here for over 17 years and have never had this happen before. At most I've waited an hour. I am completely out of both medications so I have to go without for today. So the lesson is don't let your prescription run out and plan at least a day ahead to get refills.

Customer service is not emphasized here. The guy who seemed to be in charge didn't want to be bothered with customers. When one of the other people working there needed his help he was rude and dismissive. He also looked like he hadn't had a shower that day, he had bed-head and looked stoned. He should be fired.

I have always shopped there. My last 2 experiences have not been good. I will not get my prescriptions there. I needed prescriptions after a surgery. The Dr's. office called it in and I picked it up. 5 days later I went back to the dr and found out I was missing a prescription. Called and talked to this young person and he said the prescription was not available when I went in. And I needed to subscribe to Walgreens text notices. I asked why was I not informed that the prescription was not ready. He just kept going back to the text messaging and signing up for it. Monday I spoke with the manager a she informed me that the Dr's office had canceled it, which is why I hadn't received it. So, I went in to pick up the prescription. This young person was at the register. I asked if the manager(by name) was available. He told me she was in, but was working. She was standing right there. This story goes on, but it is irrelevant at this point. They have lost a customer. And will not get, nor recommend this store to anyone. This kid should not be handling customers. I will say, the manager was professional.
