Awful service and they dont pick up the phone when called

This place is a joke. Ive called 10 times trying to find out if a prescription has been filled. I was hung up on while on hold. Like someone else said, Walgreens is across the street. Use them.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever had to deal with. I just left there in tears. Ryan the manager is so unprofessional and rude. He made me feel terrible about the medication I have to take, and he voiced his opinion about it in front of a line of people. I left there feeling embarrassed. Please if you can go to another pharmacy please do! He is insensitive and rude!

Unfortunately, this pharmacy has not learned practice management that prioritizes customers. I was there, 3 employees were working, 2 of them discussing how many vacation days, and other non-customer related issues, while I had to wait a long time for the 3rd employee to help. She was excellent. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Even though I've never experienced a line, getting to the phone is too much for their lack of organization.

Terrible service from the tech at the register. She was straight up rude and rolled her eyes at when I was attempting to use a GoodRX coupon that would make my prescription half the price. After rolling her eyes at me and rubbing her temples, visibly showing agitation, she told me I had to wait 10-20 minutes before I could pick it up again. Mind you she had the prescription in her hands ready for me to pick up. I understand pharmacies are short staffed and overworked but that does not mean you get to treat people so poorly. Also this is the medical field, if you don't want patients to be able to get their prescriptions at an affordable and reasonable price, maybe reconsider your profession. I ended up leaving and called my doctors office to send it to a different pharmacy because I did not want to give them my business. Will not using this pharmacy again.
