Safeway Pharmacy

Understaffed. Staff that is there doesnt seem to want to be there. Last week went in just after 1:00 p.m. to pick up needed meds. Stood in line behind one other customer for approximately 5 min.. when it was my turn the one person behind the counter said closing for lunch , come back at 2:00 . Then turned off the lights and put down the metal shade with me standing there. They just dont care whatsoever.

My wife and I have had very professional and responsive experiences with Holly and the staff. In spite of being incredibly busy they have always taken good care of us! Thank you!!

This us the worst and crabbiest group I have ever met. Been trying to deal with them for over a year! Sometimes they leave my husband sitting waiting for a RX and never bother to let him know its ready. Sometimes they text and the Rx isnt ready. Last time we were out of town when the Rx was ready. We called to say we were away and would pick it up in a few days. They told him they would hold for 13 days. We got a confirmation it was ready and would keep it. That was a Friday , went to pick up on the following Monday and guess what it was put back on the shelf ! I will change to another Safeway, hopefully another Safeway wont be as bad. This one is at Ashler Hills. !

Great people, they work very hard to get you the best price and service. I would not even bother with Walgreens, or CVS, there too expensive for what they offer.
