Really appreciate the staff.. Alana. It's great to call and talk with a friendly person who listens and is efficient in helping with questions, insurance, refills, etc. The entire staff works very hard. Thank you!!

Do not go here! I'm sad to admit iv been going here for way too long but last night was my last straw. I had been seeing Teruel. She would examine me and ask questions. But my recent apt was told it would be Farrel. He barely stepped into the room!! No questions no exam. Literally popped his head in the room and said."you good?". Can't wait to see what they bill my insurance for that visit... the turn over rate here is also insane. Never had the same medical assistant.

Over charged me and would not refund after having me sit and wait and hour and half when one person was in front of me taking three people who walked in after me then telling me it would be another hour at least before I was seen. Fraudulent charges notified my insurance company and sent them the documents backing what I was saying. The insurance company said they will be following up to report this company as well.

The staff is so kind, calm & friendly. Everyone knows they have a job to get done, but seem willing to help anyone/ anytime with anything. This is one dr office with a genuine compassion for healing that works like a team!
