        These guys mailed me an invoice out of the blue for a boot I received thru an emergency visit 4 months AFTER my visit. I have repeatedly tried to contact them and they also have not responded ONCE to my responses. It seems like I am not the only one. I will be filing a complaint with Northern Arizona Health care and the Az Health Department.

        Orthosport does an amazing job for their customers and patients. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Besides great service and products, they give back to our communities and local high school athletes to make sure they are well taken care of. Cant recommend them enough.
