        Had a very complicated sports shoulder injury case which was denied by 4 different doctors and already had previous recent failed surgery. Frustrated was an understatement. Went to Dr. Shah for a second opinion and seeing the frustration in my face after he went through a novel of my recent medical records with me, he sat down and said "we are going to fix this". After being told I would never have function of my arm again, let alone play sports, Dr. Shah was confident he could help and put me at ease.
