I was casually talking with one of my clients about what was going on in my right eye. Within just a few months, lots of floaters, cloudiness and it got to the point where I could barely see the numbers on my computer screen. This is a big concern when youre in the investment and financial business. A 0 and an 8 look very similar when you cant see clearly. What a mess that would be if I interpreted the wrong number!!! My client immediately said You have to go see Dr. Robin Ross at Global Retina Institute. This could be something serious like mine was. I really respect this client and his opinions so I called them as soon as I hung up the phone. They got me in in about a week. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted immediately. The gentleman at the front desk assisted my check in so it was very quick. Within 5 minutes I was in getting my tests done and getting dilated. Once the dilation took (about 15-20 min) they took me back and ran more tests. Dr. Ross took me back to review my tests, explained in great detail what was going on, showed me a short video diagraming what was happening in my eye and what the treatment was. In the meantime, she was very open, personable and speaking highly of our client who referred me. Her whole staff knew him and remembered him from a year ago. That in and of itself spoke volumes! I was expecting to make another appointment for the procedure and she said Well, we can make another appointment or we can just do it now and you can be out of here in 5 minutes. Seriously? She was true to her word and 5 minutes later I was done and could see clearly again!!! I was literally shocked!!! I cant remember a time where I entered a Dr. office of any sort and been greeted so quickly, assisted though a VERY efficient process with such friendly and knowledgeable staff. I immediately felt like Ive know every one of them all my life. Dr Ross was no different. I will never go anywhere else again so selfishly I hope she never retires!!!! Hers is a business model everyone should want to replicate!

I cant say enough good things about Dr Ross and her whole staff. They are very efficient and go out of their way to answer your questions and listen. I came to Dr. Ross because I had a lens implants from another doctor and then I had floaters that wouldnt go away. The first time I came to her for a consult they took pictures of my floaters and have all the hi tech equipment to do so . I was very scared with the two options I only had laser or surgery. I chose the laser. She could not guarantee me of course if my floaters would disappear or all of them. I went into it praying and being positive, and I will tell you that all my floaters are gone! I am so so glad that I went to her and took a step of faith to do this. My anxiety about this has totally left! Thank you Dr. Ross and your whole staff for taking such good care of me, and dealing with my anxieties LOL.

I want to thank Dr. Ross and the entire staff for taking care of my eyes. Very professional and friendly. They really care. I have been to other places and No comparison. I really have to recommend their procedure for dry eyes, LipiFlow results were right away. Thank you Dr. Ross and entire staff.

First visit to Global Retina Institute. Could not have been any better if I had "dialed it in". Friendly, professional staff treats patients like family members. The latest most up to date equipment available. Dr Robin Ross is as good as it gets. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best) these folks rate 11 in every regard. Upon referral, I visited the Global Retina Institute. Dr. Ross team inspired confidence which served to alleviate my anxiety. The office environment was spacious, clean, and calming. After a comprehensive evaluation, the prescribed procedure was seamless and painless. My experience at Global Retina institute has caused me to raise the bar for all other physicians.
