The bad: The building has some environmental control issues. The atrium is freezing while at the same time the conference room we rented for a couple days was roasting. 59 F outside at the moment.
The ugly: PARKING. Holy cow, it's really hard to justify a meeting space where almost all the nearby spaces are 1 hour, or 3 hours in the day. The parking garage has a single floor of all-day visitor parking and it was packed by 0830. To find an all-day spot I had to park 4 blocks away.
