Im truly grateful for Monica and how she helped me get my health back. I had a bad reaction to a zinc supplement. I had been taking it for months and slowly started feeling more and more off. Finally, I realized the supplement was the catalyst and stopped taking it but not before my body was totally out of whack. I would end up in bed for hours each day and couldnt find answers to what was wrong with me. I went to so many doctors and specialists and all my labs were normal so I was told it was just stress and burnout.I know what stress and burnout feel like and this wasnt it. I spent 2 years trying so many things to get my health back. One lab test finally showed lead poisoning. But the doctor I went to tried to only treat the heavy metal issue (without taking into account the whole body) and I ended up breaking out in hives. I FINALLY found Monica who is all about treating the source, not the symptom, and healing the whole body which I knew I needed. For the first time in 2 years, I felt fully seen and heard, and received validation that I wasnt crazy (and wasn't just suffering from burnout). I started working with Monica in March of 2023 when I was in a pretty bad way. My sleep and energy was at a level in which I had never experienced. I live a clean lifestyle through organic foods, supplements, water filtration etc. Monica was able to show me my blind spots and the areas where what I though was good was not so good. Her educational program is amazing and I believe that it is amazing when a practitioner wants their patients to have knowledge of whats going on. From day 1 I knew Monica was the right choice for me and after 6 months of being in her care, I have not yet been disappointed. Its a no nonsense approach and I love that. I am now feeling amazing and I thank Monica and her program for much of my success. The rest of my success comes from my commitment and she also drives that home. Monica's treatment has given me my health back! For 8 years I have pursued every avenue both western and "natural" to heal my supposedly unrelated, ever increasing collection of symptoms. Once I rejected the big pharma plan of being on medication that simply masked my symptoms for the rest of my life, I turned to naturopaths and other practitioners. I found some relief and learned from each of them but I always relapsed and each time it got harder and harder to produce change. I found Monica in the fall of 2022 after being out of "remission" for 9 months. I finally admitted that everything I had been taught was not helping and I needed more. Monica was the first health provider that said the words "get well". I had been told many times I could manage the symptoms but no one ever told me my body could heal. Her program has a beginning, a treatment period and an end! I have just recently finished the program and am feeling the best I have in years. Sleep improved, inflammation gone, many other symptoms gone. They were not in fact unrelated and once she treated the source my body began to heal. I am facing the future with a much different outlook and I cannot thank Monica enough!
