Haven Health Scottsdale

My mom has flu. She's 91. Nurses don't seem to want to enter her room. 2 days in a row she has been left to lay in an extremely wet bed. They have FORGOTTEN her at mealtime so her trays have been late after asking about them. She didn't get a dinner tray last night at all. Her nurse call button gets ignored.. Nurses have handed things for her to me through her door. UPDATE: After this post I met with staff and they did try harder to meet my mom's needs. Still need mors staff, I think, for responding to patient button calls.

Truly one of the worse facilities to bring a loved one for Home-Care. Managers that work there CURRENTLY are not professional at all, They do not care about their residents or even their own employees. They will skip a resident because theyve shared that they dont want to do it right now.. Management is very poor and lazy. Its heartbreaking seeing some CNAs busting they a** to get treated how they are and disrespected by their OWN MANAGEMENT. Multiple employees have shared their experiences working in this environment and have quit and walked out due to it.. I would recommend a different location, anything is better than this. Goes to residents and staff.

!!DO NOT BRING YOUR GRANDPAS GRANDMAS THERE!! Do not take them. There because they dont take care of them they do not help when they ask for help and they dont do anything they only be there when they need help but some ppl cant ask either. they dont feed you when you want them to feed you and sometimes they dont want to clean you up and theyll never do things that you ask them too. This is my opinion. But this place doesnt deserve 5 stars it deserves 1 star!!.

This is a testament to nurses like Jordan who go above and beyond in the care of their residents. I have had the pleasure of working with Jordan and she brings positivity, humor and compassion with her as she administers care. Her critical thinking skills have grown exponentially in her decade plus career as a long term care nurse. She is proficient with teaching and administering care. Thank you Jordan for the impact you have made on this incredibly vulnerable percentage of the population. You are a natural born leader and a valuable member of the multi disciplinary health care team at Haven Health Scottsdale.

Have been here 2 1/2 weeks now all tje staff is great kind and caring. Therapist are wonderful they pushed me that extra that I needed. I go home Sunday thanks to the help of everyone for a speedy recovery praise God. Still have to continue down the road of recovery at home . Thank you all so much. I'll be back to visit but just to visit lol love ya all
