I had an amazing experience working with Mark Hendel, MSW. I have never met Mark, in person, but I feel like I have known him forever. He picked up the phone every time I called and made me feel immediately at ease. Mark was a wealth of information and provided both exceptional direction and comfort, at a very difficult time. He took the biggest worry I had off of my plate and found an outstanding home for my mother on budget and on a tight turnaround. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone in a similar situation & Ability Senior Care!

I was very unexpectedly in the position where I had to make decisions that were very difficult. Mark and his team jumped into action and educated me on the different options that my family and I had for my Mother. There is a lot of information to consider when deciding what is right for your loved one and Ability Senior Care had the expertise to guide me through the process and do a lot of the leg work for me! I highly recommend them!

Mark Hendel is probably the most helpful, honest, detail oriented, thorough and caring people I have meet in the last 12 months since my father needed to leave his home of 20 years. My father moved to Andara Senior Lifestyle a year ago. HORRIBLE experience for him or anyone who needs more than an apartment and three meals. Anyhow, Mark worked with us to find a new home for my dad. He recommended one type of setting vs. another based on the assessment he did. His 20+ years of experience really paid off. He knows Scottsdale and the senior-living options extremely well. And, they know him. Mark showed us several options, helped to arrange for movers, a storage locker, medical-van transport, and so much more. He even paid for the transport to simplify things. I was able to do FaceTime tours of several places with his staff...and eventually came upon the perfect place for my dad's needs. I can't speak highly enough about Mark. Of course he gets a nice commission from the place he eventually places your loved one, but he also "gets" and beautifully responds to a family's needs better than anyone I've dealt with.
