        In the fall of 2022, we bought a home in AZ. The loan company assigned us Brogan McGuire as our loan officer. He immediately reached out to us to get the process started. A few weeks into the process we found out the mortgage company we were working with suddenly closed their doors and did not contact anyone to let them know. We were trying to close on the house, and we had no mortgage company. Brogan reached out to us and told us about the company closing. He knew we were closing in less than five days. Even though he no longer had a job he reassured us everything would be okay. Within three days he got the job at Bison Ventures, started the process for our loan and somehow managed to get the finance rate lower than we had from the first company. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He lost his job and never faltered, he just moved on. Brogan is the guy you want handling your loan, he never stops working on getting you what you need. Thank you Brogan.
