I recently purchased my first investment property and chose David as my Loan Officer. He was able to educate me from the beginning and walked me through the whole process, before we even started. He knew exactly what documents to ask for and what would maximize the amount I would qualify for. He made sure I completely understood all my loan options and communicated clearly with both me and my agent through the entire process. His expertise and advice even helped my agent negotiate additional seller credits that I used to pay for some of my closing costs.
