They're running ads on the radio every 10 minutes yet they won't return any calls. I'm midway through a refi and they've vanished. I've emailed them, and called four times..........no response.

If you are a small business needing income verification, stay away from this company. They will not work with you or be flexible in the information they require. I have worked with other mortgage refinance lenders who are more flexible and understanding in the process. My loan officer was good; it was the compliance officer Adriana who made my life a living hell. I do not recommend this company.

Called 5 times but nobody answer ridiculous and pathetic service 3 hours of waste still on hold for some one to call me back listen on ktr radio station but I would suggest other options

Joel Barach is a rockstar. Several months ago I was working with Fairway who was trying to charge me a rate of 4.599 percent. My credit qualified me for a much lower rate.
