Moved to United Access two years ago when VMI changed their program. Couldn't be happier. I'm a high quad that requires a customized van. Purchased a Braun Ability conversion of a Toyota Sienna with great help from Alan Kapugi. Then turned it over to Scott Stowers' team to make further modifications to meet my needs. This is my 7th conversion and it's the best yet. They recently went beyond the call of duty to fit my new wheelchair into the Toyota. Great group with great customer service... Highly Recommended! The United Access team was top notch. Scott and John worked together to help us find the right vehicle and equipment for my father and the transaction process was seamless and efficient. John continues to support us and make sure everyone is happy. It was a great experience.
