David Hersh's initial statement to myself regarding finding a home was: "If I can't find your ideal home within four or five, then I'm not doing my job". This stuck me as kinda strange because I wasn't all that familiar with the home buying process. He was right though the fourth home shown was perfect and the one I ended up buying! Along the way David Hersh was very professional and insightful, sharing his long time knowledge and experience in the business. He'll even tell you if you if he thinks you are making a bad decision and why. Over all I couldn't have been more pleased with the buying experience and interactions with David Hersh. If you are looking for a real estate agent who will fight for you and go the extra mile; look no further!

Dave took his time to get to know what exactly we were looking for and what our end result was going to be for our family. He did not push us to purchase a home that would be good for him. He was so patient with us to find the best lot/home that was going to provide us the best resale value when it’s time for us to sell the home in 15 years. He is highly knowledgeable in his industry and very well connected. We knew that once it came down to finding our dream lot we knew he was our expert to negotiate and get us through the process. We trusted him completely throughout the whole process. We looked for almost a year if not longer and he was so patient with us and beyond professional. He does not look at his clients as a transaction. He builds trust and a relationship with his clients and what is best for us. After many months and many conversations we found our dream lot and we are moving forward to rebuilding our dream home in Paradise Valley. We are grateful that we used Dave for the biggest purchase of our lives. Thank you Dave for caring so much about us!

David Hersh is amazing!! He got us our dream house. We feel so blessed each and every day we wake up in our home. We are very private people and David handled the entire transaction without us being in the same state while maintaining our privacy. We are selling our beach condo and David is handling that transaction for us as well. We’ve dealt with many real estate agents in the past but David is more than that. He’s truly a friend and a professional. We would never use anyone else. Thank you David!
