Samantha is a wonderful real estate agent! My husband and I worked with Samantha to purchase our first home and she made the process a breeze. Samantha was a joy to work with in buying our retirement home. She did not pressure us and she listened to what we wanted when finding us properties to view. She was not familiar with the Sun City area where we were interested in buying, but she researched the area and gave us a lot of good information so we could make an informed purchase. We had some difficulties with the sellers in getting the property finished (the seller was flipping the house before we bought it) and Samantha did not let them cut any corners. She kept us updated constantly. It took 10 months to settle on the property, but her upbeat, cheerful personality, and positive outlook kept us going.
