We loved working with Ana as our realtor for our latest home purchase when we relocated from out of state. She is knowledgeable and passionate about her work, and her patience, responsiveness, and humor got us through the many months long process as we searched for the perfect house. Her experience helped us navigate something the lender threw at us days away from closing, and we were able to resolve it and close on time. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and we are happy to say she is now a friend!

I rented a home from The Scottsdale Agent in Chandler, Az. My circumstances were difficult and thanks to Ana's help, my stay in Arizona was made perfect. She followed-up quickly and my needs were well catered for. She found me a very nice home, exactly to my specs and from then on, it was all smooth sailing.

Ana Benitez is an excellent realtor with great attention to detail and industry knowledge. Before we listed my house for sale Ana spent a lot time and energy helping me to stage my home so that its beauty was showcased, and it sold promptly! I am convinced that her direction for de-cluttering and furniture arrangement was instrumental in the quick sale of my home.
Ana also was my realtor for the purchase of my new home. She took the time to understand my wants and needs and we looked at many homes. There were two offers made and two offers declined, and I was starting to panic as my property was already under contact. She was extremely patient during this very stressful and emotional time. Through her perseverance and determination we found the perfect home, and I am settled and happy!
Lastly, Ana sold my Sunnyslope area lot in Central Phoenix in 30 days. Her thorough research led to the discovery that the load was zoned for multi-family! Confidently we listed the property at a higher price and received an amazing offer. Hats off to Ana!

Ana, The Scottsdale Agent, was our real estate agent during our recent relocation to Scottsdale, AZ. She was responsive and helpful during the research phase before our home buying trip: exchanging spreadsheets to rate properties and align on our needs, sharing white papers on different parts of town, and, on more than one occasion, doing a FaceTime walk through of properties we were interested in. Once we were in town and able to look, she dedicated a week to visiting a variety of properties in different parts of town until we found the one that was right for us. Relocations can be stressful with all the parties involved and the pressure of timelines associated with new jobs: Ana truly made the process as easy as possible. We even had fun along the way! I will add that her referrals for our loan and title processing were equally professional and personable, a big part of making this all go so smoothly.
Since completing our move, we've referred other colleagues in the relocation process to Ana based on our confidence in her knowledge and professionalism as a real estate agent. We have family members preparing for a retirement to Arizona and will happily connect them to The Scottsdale Agent.
