Bryce and Stefanie Lugo are simply the best! A few years ago I was fortunate enough to have them as realtors when purchasing my home. It was a wonder watching them work, finding me the perfect home that met all of my needs. Absolutely the best! A few years later and we were back at it, selling that very home so that I could move on to bigger and better things. Again, Bryce and Stefanie showed incredible professionalism, attention to every detail, a relentless approach to selling my home. I can't imagine working with any other realtor in the future. We found Bryce and Stefanie on Instagram. We thought their posts were funny, informative and detailed, so we took the plunge to interview them, along with some other realtors before we listed our condo. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. The Lugos are such a wonderful, responsive and knowledgeable set of real estate agents. Selling in this market isn't terribly hard, but the Lugos still made sure our listing was presented in the best possible light (literally, the photos made it look like we lived in a light filled paradise). Buying in this market is a nightmare, but the Lugos didn't let us lose hope. They guided us through multiple house offer situations that didn't end up panning out (usually due to someone offering $40K above list price). For the home we ended up buying, Bryce was able to negotiate with the sellers to accept our offer even though it was the first one. We were going to offer a higher amount, but Bryce suggested we try a lower price first and it worked! The very next day, the sellers got a backup offer that was $20K higher than ours, which is insane. Even in this market, the Lugos managed to negotiate some seller credit for us, which is crazy! Since the Lugos have a lot of experience remodeling homes, it was always great to walk through homes with Bryce and get his input into what was doable and what would be probably too expensive to attempt. That added expertise was so, so, so helpful. Add in the Lugos' negotiating skills, hyper responsiveness and strong work ethic, and it was a no brainer. We will recommend the Lugos to all of our family and friends.
