It was apparent from our first meeting with Joe that he was a good fit for my wife and I to work with to find our new home. He is knowledgeable about the area and listened to our wants and needs. Since we were relocating from out of state we needed someone that could find us properties to look at online and then travel to see the best available. He was very helpful during the entire process and ultimately was able to help us purchase a house we really wanted. He has also been very helpful in helping us to acclimate to the area so it feels like home.

I met Joe through a friend. I had a house In west Phoenix. I told him I had an offer from an investment company who offered me $450k... Joe was honest and informed me that I should accept the offer. He explained that dynamics of real-estate in Phoenix and said he MIGHT get me close but there was no guarantees. At the time, my father had just passed away and I had to take care of my 75 year old mother. Joe did not know this. He stated my best option was to accept the offer. Acting on Joe's advice, I accepted the offer and close within 2 weeks and moved to North Carolina to take care of my ailing mother. Without Joe's advice, I would have had to wait longer than expected. Not only did his advice get me more money, more importantly; he got me valuable time with my family. I'm forever in his debt!
