We have had a great experience with getting a neurospych evaluation and the school readiness program. I am grateful that they offered an all day program to help my daughter be ready for Kindergarten. Our daughter thrived in the program and made a lot of progress in just 4 months! All of the staff are great and caring and do an amazing job with the kids. They even put on an adorable graduation program, I would definitely recommend them.

The journey of Autism can be an overwhelming one at times with more questions and concerns than hope at times. I am so lucky that I stumbled on SPBS 5 years ago when I was in the beginning of our journey! My son was diagnosed at 19 months and within 2 months I found SPBS on a facebook page and checked them out on a whim. We have since spent the majority of our time there and have so much gratitude for their staff and the kindness and care they have shown our family. My son is now 6 and his progress astounds us. He spends upwards of 35 hours a week with their staff. Madeline is our amazing BCBA and takes the time to explain every step of his treatment and takes not only Linden's needs into account, but how the overall treatment affects our daily lives. She is also willing to take the time to listen to my concerns and wishes regarding my sons future. They have always been swift to address any concerns and their staff is top notch. We address goals frequently and make them as functional as we can for our family. I love that I can bring him to a place that truly brings him joy and know that he is safe in their care. Madeline has provided me with tools that have helped our family enjoy outings together when I had little hope. We do frequent parent training meetings to discuss and observe. I leave every meeting with something new to think about and something new learned. I can honestly say that they know my son, when he has a good day or a bad day, they are there to provide support and sometimes comfort. SPBS has truly been a gift to our family and I can't recommend them enough.

My son has been at the facility for a little less than a year and his mother and I are very happy with our experience. This is our second ABA therapy facility so we knew a good bit about what to expect. This place has far exceeded our expectations in several ways. My son has had a consistent BCBA who really seems to care and follow through when we ask her for information. She treats our son like she would her own and she makes us feel like his care is one of her top priorities. My wife also knows and loves his direct RBT therapists and says they are the most professional and competent therapists he has worked with. We never have problems with staffing, therapist call outs, or meeting with our son's BCBA like we did at our previous facility. The quality of care that our family receives is definitely a step above and we are very happy to recommend them to other families.

About
Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services

Located in North Scottsdale, Arizona, Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services is the premier pediatric behavioral health center in Arizona. Jacob Boney, PsyD, BCBA-D, founded Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services to fulfill the need for high-quality applied behavior analysis in the Phoenix, Arizona, area. Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services employs only the best-educated, best-trained psychologists, and clinical staff. They provide the lowest provider-to-patient ratios, ensuring that children receive the attentive and personalized interventions and treatments they need to thrive. As a result, the team and children are able to work together and achieve results at a rapid pace. Unlike many behavioral health centers, Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services is located in a beautiful, open 17,000 square foot facility. Dr. Boney and his team designed the practice to feel warm and comfortable for their young patients and their families. Many children spend up to eight hours a day at Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services, and as one parent put it: “I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my child somewhere for hours on end that I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying at for hours on end.” The team uses applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to help children and their parents learn to cope with autism and other behavioral and developmental disorders. From behavioral assessments through one-on-one therapy and patient training, Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services delivers the best, most patient-focused pediatric psychological care in the Phoenix Valley. New patients are welcome, and appointments are available by calling the practice or using the online scheduling tool.Â
