        ZERO stars! this practice is a joke. They send you bills that they don't submit to your insurance and then you cannot get anyone to speak to you. Im going to have to literally drive down to the Physical office to get this matter resolved. Have wasted countless hours trying to reach a representatitve.

        Dr. Robin Samaddar, M.D. is an out of network provider in an in-network hospital ( Honor Health Scottsdale shea) Blue cross Blue shield. He charged us a level 5 Emergency Eval & Mgmt for $1796 for a brief visit at the E.R. This bill was on top of the Honor Health bill of $1375. What a racket. There should be a class action law suit for over charging unsuspecting patients.
