Dr. Gujrathi is the best doctor I have ever had. She is smart, genuine, caring and thorough. My wife & I are very fortunate to be under her care and we highly recommend her.

I gave up and left, dr torres was ok but it seems she isn't at the practice anymore and no one is doing rx refills, which leaves me w/o important medication. medication i've been taking for 15+ years, trying to call the office to get any info is a disaster, i wait on hold for hours to be disconnected, i get told i need to make an appointment when i just saw dr torres weeks ago (maybe she quit? maybe she realized what a dumpster fire this office is?). I had labs done, no one forwarded those to me, am I dying, do i need medication adjusted, no idea!! i needed a referral that dr torres was going to set up, didnt get that either. what i did get was my EOB from insurance showing $350 dollars was billed for the office visit. ehhhh i dont think 6 minutes is worth $350 when NOTHING GETS DONE. The practice doesn't have a patient portal, the practice does not answer the phone, I only know dr torres left because someone in my family received a letter, i didnt receive one. what i received was numerous bossy phone calls that my rx's wont be refilled until i make an appt with some dr iv'e never heard of and an employee who i could not understand. maybe if someone over there could read the chart they would see i've had the same meds for over a decade and kindly respond to the pharmacy. maybe someone could send me a copy of the lab results so my insurance is not billed again when i go see a new pcp this week? I would love nothing more than to toss this entire company infront of the state medical board. suggestion to the practice- answer your phone, answer the pharmacy, don't abandon patients when your dr's leave, communicate lab results and have some staff who can speak clearly on the phone. your patients are running from this place, you need to fix something!

4C medical group have the worst service ever its hard to get an appointment they dont pick up the phone after I got diagnosed with a bacteria tested positive through an email but nothing else how to treat it or a follow up call so I was the one who is making the calls to the center to see what kind of treatment I need 10 days later no follow up so I had to go on walk into the clinic and the doctor will not see me so I had to see their office manager and the office manager told me I got diagnosed with positive and gave me the antibiotic and left the facility and Well not go there again I took my chart
