        They never pick up the phone, like never!! I called 8x again and still no pick up I called last week yet still had this problem.

        Seriously find some other place. They never answer their phones. We have tried to reach a provider to refill medications for weeks now and nothing has been done. These are just practice doctors who are hungry for your money. Currently looking for another doctor for my husband.

        They're friendly (mostly) and do a thorough job! I definitely like having all my medical records on their "My Chart" app. I would recommend HH if your seeking a healthcare provider.
