I have been with them for over 2 years, for a reason. The admin staff is always polite and professional and as a private payer do their best to keep it affordable. Occasional miscommunications but what company is perfect? They always make it right. Best of all (and most important) is the quality of care and the amazing array of knowledge, these doctors are very, very good at what they do. My life is richer for them and I am grateful.

The Dr I see is amazing. She has really looked into my issues and did the correct tests that other Drs never thought of doing. Because of the she has diagnosed multiple things I have been dealing with for many years. A plan of action is in place and I am excited to start feeling better. Wish I had known about her years ago, but very very happy to have found her now.

I complained of lack of attention, fatigue, exhaustion, loss of appetite (on a current med that does this), swollen throat, tenderness of eyes, headache, heartburn, confusion, memory loss or forgetfulness: They prescribed me a drug that had all of these as side effects to treat high cholesterol (this was the last straw and the reason I am writing this review). IF you would like to find out more then keep reading: Unresponsive, call and they forward you to your doctor's clinical assistant (voicemail) -- This person can then wait more than 72 hours until responding to you. If they take an action on an issue (such as delay in pre-auth) they will not notify you. They are closed Friday, certain doctors aren't there Monday. So if you request information on a Thursday morning you won't get a resolution until the following Tuesday (maybe). I am prescribed to a scheduled drug. This means I have to pick up (from doctor), drop off (at pharmacy), and present my ID while filling the prescription. -- I had to explain that it's illegal to send over a scheduled drug prescription and that it was required by law, for the individual prescribed, to pick up the script by hand. You would think after doing this every month for 6+ months they would get good at it (predictive even?). No. It was always a struggle and no special treatment was given. After all of this difficulty my most recent prescription was written up incorrectly. My previous visit increased the dosage and they did not honor this change in the next script that was written. Awkward comments during my visit from the assistant complaining about how busy they are after I called persistently to get something done. Others have complained about the billing -- I will say I've had problems but it might have been a perfect storm, they were switching over to another billing service (something that was argued in front of me by three people working at the desk). I was billed, set up payments for multiple billings that I was never notified of in person, went to my next visit and this was not reflected in their records. My wife previously visited this clinic and had a positive experience. The doctor there was great to her and left to go to the other location. I do not want to visit a clinic that changes with the wind and can alter your experience from a 9/10 to a 1/10 just because two people go to a different location. I will not be returning.
