My husband was on biote pelletes we had untied my tubes and our doctor spoke about never having children again- I went searching I heard of the sottopelle he changed after taking a 4 month break we did one round of sottopelle and his swimmers are back Girls! Thank God, God is good! Have a missed period so Not sure but atleast we ne have hope, after years of wonder!

Very unprofessional office made us wait over an hour and we decided to leave. Will never use them again.

Used to be great. Now not so much. Seems like biggest concern is money & not patient wellness. Last few times my doc was running very late, today didnt show, they didnt even call me. They They try to up sell services & products. Its a constant battle to not have labs done several times a year. Go somewhere else. Zero regard for patients time or money. Not even a heads up if doc is running way behind or not showing up at all. Over it. Just rude. Go elsewhere.

I have been coming here for five years and service is now awful. This is why: 1) today was my pellet, they called this morning to say I needed labs. First they should have told me this before today my appointment day. I corrected the tech that called me and told them that is wrong I have labs from November. They didnt have my labs on file after emailing them twice and when I called to confirm my 1:30 they couldnt confirm because doctor was unavailable and scheduler said she didnt know what to do so in decided to head over early. 2) I show up at 1pm for a 1:30 with labs in hand to make sure they had them and I can get my pellet. I waited up front for over 5 minutes with no one in sight and door was open. I finally I walked around to see who was there if anyone. 3) office.manager came out to tell me they are closed till 1:15 (its 1:05pm) and that I need to wait outside because they are all walking around without a mask and they are closed and to come back in at 1:15pm. They made me go outside to wait in my car. Conclusion: they dont care about my patient experience. What in the world happened to sottopelle that I once knew? Time to look for another provider as I apparently am now a number.
