Do not do business with Cody and Luxury Mattress Warehouse. What a nightmare. Cody admitted he got screwed by his supplier and stuck with a damaged mattress, but he refuses to refund my money and keeps trying to get me to accept shipment of this badly damaged Tempur-Pedic. He hasn't even shipped me any goods, but refuses to cancel my order and refund my money, which he told me he would do via text. Found Cody on ebay, he assured me these products were "Tempur-Pedic sealed. Never opened." Ordered my mattress and after a few shipping delays, Cody stated that they had to open the box as there was a small rip on the cover. After reminding him he assured on the phone and over email that this mattress was Tempur-Pedic sealed, Cody pointed to his terms of service, which state that name brand mattresses are either blemish or minor imperfections. Being a reasonable guy, I asked Cody to send me photos. Well, this mattress is well beyond a minor imperfection or blemish. It's severely torn with a ghetto patch job. It's stained in a matter that looks like water damage. My wife is 5 months pregnant and having severe back pain and cramping. I begged Cody to refund me my money, even to keep 500$ for his trouble, so I could buy a mattress so my wife can be comfortable. I had already waited through a week+ of shipping delays before he admitted to the condition of this mattress. He (yet again) ghosted me on a scheduled phone call where he was supposed to process my (partial) refund. I'm a small business owner and it kills me to post a negative review. Having to dispute these charges through my credit card is very disappointing.

Excellent service and selection of high quality mattresses - at great prices. The owners - Cody & Brie - are super friendly and helped with my decision. No high pressure sales - just straightforward company and product information. I highly recommend this company - and its right next to PieFection - best pies in Scottsdale - bonus!!

I met Cody by accident, online, as I was stuck in the state of analysis paralysis, with so many choices, and none fitting my needs 100%. I got a mattress of the Presidents, Kluft, at a price totally suitable for the "regular folks"))..From the first minute we spoke, Cody provided exceptional service, helping me make a decision, answering all my questions and concerns, and going above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable making the order. After that, he packaged it in quality cardboard and it arrived in NYC in perfect condition just a week later. The beauty and quality of this piece left me in awe, as well as how it felt to lay and sleep on it seemed incredible. I never slept on such a luxurious bed before, and now, it is all Mine! I totally recommend Cody's business for your mattress needs. The gift of beautiful and restful sleep is the best gift you can give yourself and your spine.
