So convenient and cheap. They should improve UI on the website for quicker editing and info confirmation. It can be confusing to use at first.

Letter stream takes the clerks job and makes it history, I can send documents, Orders, Invoices, and such from my computer and don't have to pay the receptionist or clerk ..saves me at least $1200-12000 a year.

I'm quite happy with the service. Their portal/web interface could use some improvements though. Like the ability to modify inserts and upload multiple files in one go. Presently, their portal only supports uploading a single file at once and for a billing service like us that is very time consuming. Thanks EDIT: No It doesn't. I'd have appreciated if you would have checked in with the support team first and then posted an automated reply here basically saying "Just look at an article alright". Not helpful. And there is no option to upload multiple files files that solved our problem. And I'm saying this after seeing the options I received on email from your support team. Your "thousands of recipients" do not resolve my issue. Period.
