        Excellent experience! Mercury Lock & Safe was the right choice for opening and resetting my safe. Brian is knowledgeable and friendly -- he considered my needs and presented several options to address them. Brian ultimately opened my safe without having to drill it (which would require the lock to be replaced + additional repair); his expertise saved money and time. TLDR version: Brian is a pro and a cool dude -- I'll trust him and Mercury Lock & Safe with any future needs.

        Pricey but able to make duplicate key for unique lock that neither Ace nor Home Depot had blank keys for.

        Drove out to this place a good half hour. Told him the type of key I needed made. Then, asked him how much and how long the key would take. He said he didn't know... then he said ten bucks and could be done quick. Then when I got there he said it would be $75-$80 to make and I should've been more detailed. This place needs to be better about asking questions to customers! Terrible experience.
