Maximum Title Loans

I took a title loan years ago and paid it off in full. They said they were going to send lien released to MVD and just found out it never was sent in. MVD said they are quick to put a lien but not to send release. Every time I went to ask a question I had to wait for them to acknowledge me or I had to interrupt, there personal chitchatting, and you had to sit there and wait and wait till someone finally will come and help you. Ive been calling and leaving messages and no one ever pick up or return calls. They are the worse.

I am giving them 3 stars because you cannot pay a day early and I day late. They will hound you by calls, text messages and emails for your payment. When I received the loan, she was super kind! It's annoying that you have to jump through hoops to get pay off amount! I've called and emailed and left a message to get a call back for 2 months and nothing?

Worst company EVER! Every time I ask them about payoff, they never respond. Very, very rude... ALL PREDATORY LENDERS HERE.

Worst title loan lender I have had experience with - inconsiderate, disrespectful, and full of lies. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place!
