I cant even express what a pleasing experience I have had with Sanders Lincoln Boutique Everything in their lot is inspected and up to date especially used models . Wilbert is one of the most professional, helpful and great persons in the automobile industry I have ever dealt with ! Made the entire process a great experience offering a great insight for what I was looking for and quality at great prices as well. Wilbert was my Salesman at this dealership. Wilbert is phenomenal and I highly recommend anyone visiting this dealership to ask for him! He gave me excellent customer service from the moment I sent inquires on a few vehicles I was interested in at this dealership ; all the way through the process of delivering my new vehicle to my home and showing me all the features for a second time after the test drive. Wilbert did exactly what I asked for; which was to show me specific vehicles that met the specifications I asked for within my budget. He didnt offer me any options outside of my budget or push anything on me which I greatly appreciated. He demonstrated throughout the entire process from start to finish how much he truly cares about & values his customers! He listened to the amount in trade I wanted on my vehicle and his Sales Director gave me exactly what I wanted because my trade was worth it. This is the second brand new luxury vehicle I have bought, but my first time with Lincoln and Sanderson Lincoln Boutique specifically. This was the smoothest experience buying a brand new vehicle I have ever had. Wilbert continued to deliver exceptional customer service after the sale too, which means so much to me. When we met him to do the financing the process was so organized and prepared ahead of time it took only 20 minutes. I am now a Sanderson Lincoln customer for life! I couldnt be happier with my new vehicle and I genuinely thank Wilbert for making it my most memorable new vehicle purchase yet!
