Rain Dance Pool & Landscape

We were looking forward to working with Trey and Susie at Rain Dance. They seem to create beautiful high quality pools and yards. The disappointment we had was the pre sales process. We made it clear early on what we were looking for and our budgets. We were continually reassured everything was on track. Once we agreed on everything and chose Raindance, informing the other contractors they were out, Susie raised the price $70,000 from what we had agreed to. When we asked why the price changed so dramatically in a week, all we got back was we could scale back the project. A waste of 8 weeks of our time. Interestingly enough, in speaking to some of our neighbors, they shared similar stories. Raindance will be by the highest contracted quote you receive once they put it in writing. That would be ok if they did not claim that they are competitive and quoting lower verbal pricing throughout the process. We feel like we dodged a bullet. If they lied at that stage, what else would they mislead us on?

We have had Rain Dance build pools and install landscaping for three different houses we built for ourselves over the years. Our daughter and brother in law also used Rain Dance for their new pool and landscaping when they built new homes. Trey, Tommy and the crews are the best. Very professional, helpful and they do what the say they will do. Great follow up and quality as well.

I would not suggest this company. I would suggest using one of the more reputable pool companies that use professional contractors not cheap labor. We had a pool built recently and it has been leaking everyday since but Trey (owner) refuses to repair it. Now my neighbor and I have a constantly muddy side yards. Raindance said it because their newly installed irrigation system is broken but it has been shut off for 30 days to prove its the pool. The masonry contractor (not licensed or insured) refuses to finish BBQ and the pool plumbing is leaking down side yard. The Solara gazebo contractor destroyed my slider doors cutting aluminum too close and stuck metal in the glass yet noone will fix that either. R.O.C. complaint to follow.
