        Dr. Horowitz is a fine doctor (5 star's) but it's important to note that Dr. Horowitz works for Honor Health. It is not his practice. It is a practice owned by Honor Health. Anyway It's the staff that stinks! Most of the staff at this office is always changing. Many times I have received wrong information as well as wrong charges on my bills during the approximately 3 years I have used this Honor Health office. Dr. Horowitz went a long time doctoring by himself in an office that previously had and needs two doctors. This all falls on Honor Health. I have used Honor Health offices many times and have never experienced an office as untrained, unprepared and undependable as this one. This last time was the final straw. Never again! If you check the lowest reviews here and on Yelp you will see I am not alone in my feelings.
