I was looking so deeply to find a good rate, Ryan was amazing, this rep works wonders. I would not have a car if Ryan wasn't able to pull strings for me, VERY BLESSED RYAN IS THE BEST! 10/10 best rates in AZ!

I never write bad reviews and dont take many that i read very seriously because its always the winey customers who just want to complain.... But i feel like i need to protect the next person interested in dealing with this company...If it were possible to put a big fat reg X or a huge red flag on this company I would put 1000. The service with Ryan who is the owner is honestly so ridiculously frustrating that I can't even believe this person has a business. It all started from the very beginning, he wasnt filing proper paperwork to my lender for the new home insurance and the letters kept coming from my lender. It was after several calls to him that he finally got a move on it. On top of the multiple issues with communication and guidance during the switch to safeco there were numerous other issues I can't even run through all of them. The final two straws was when my premium went up double at my year mark with no communication. Then when I called to cancel, Ryan says all good but yet I was still getting auto charged for several months afterwards. My message I left i guess alerted his mother in law judy who stepped in to assist and started asking me for documents to cancel. Ryan never asked me for documents but rather 4 months before said "all good". Im not sure Ryan knows how to handle this business. I truly can't imagine how a business like this is still operating. No matter what low premium Ryan promises up front, DO NOT sign on with him. You won't be able to get through to anyone other than Ryan who is not helpful and then you feel helpless. By the grace of God, Judy somehow received my message and took it seriously and assisted on pitting an end to the madness. Insanely unprofessional and severely disconnected from his customers. DONT DEAL WITH THEM!!!

When we started our business we put our trust in Ryan with AZ 101 Insurance, HUGE MISTAKE! Not only was he unreachable, I lost business with huge vendors because the company couldn't provide me with a Certificate of Insurance. Here I am paying THOUSANDS and you can't even provide me proof?! After some time, we decided to part ways with AZ 101 Insurance, and guess what?! I discovered they have one of my vehicles on two separate policies!?!? So I've literally been paying two insurance payments for one Truck for a year! I even made sure to ask Ryan if this was the case since I could see our truck on two different policies within the portal. He promised this wasn't the case. After begging him for a response, Ryan decided to let us know he "sold the company and retired" and left us completely out to dry! These guys are in it for the sales, not the service. Good luck!
