Update February 29,2024 We have cancelled our insurance coverage, with Tatum Insurance LLC, as we were not getting the same kind treatment we were given by Justin Roan, and he is no longer with this company anymore. We have been customers with Tatum for a lot of years. So sad! Over 10 years at lease!

Due to my current agent really dropping the ball on our renewals I was shopping around for a new insurance broker. Im so glad a long-time friend Jessica reached out to try and get us some fresh coverage. She was extremely responsive, all hours of the day, and super communicative of issues with our current policy in order to better find the correct coverage for us going forward. Not even 24 hours later were fully signed up and she saved us so much money. I wish I would have done this years ago. Thanks Jessica! Highly recommend.

John Caldwell is by far the kindest, most honest, and efficient agent I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond for my husband and I as we navigated through a refi on our cabin that we remodeled. I will recommend him and his entire staff to all I know. 100% made sure my lender got everything necessary (while under pressure from lender) to ensure that we were able to close on time, which allowed us to leave out of the country on our honeymoon. Debra Jastrow is the IDEAL insurance broker. She truly does go the extra mile to shop rates, follow-up on details, and make sure that the policy is working for me. When the insurance company did not receive my mortgage company's payment, she called me to give me the heads up, then checked back a few days later. Anyone else would have let the policy cancel leaving a customer frustrated--but not Debra. She's personable, professional, and goes the extra mile. So grateful!
