        Avoid at all costs! Do not deal with this company. Performance is under par. I order auto insurance, provided me a quote worth contention,provided checking account for initial month. He never completed transaction and later connected to a guy named Jon who advised company is sorry. What kind of company is Farmer's associated with, this should never happen.

        Bob is ok to deal with when he is taking your money and everything is fine. However when I had an issue with a life policy he blamed me and hid behind the company saying there was nothing he could do. This happened during the first phone conversation we had about the issue. He did not even contact the corporate office to see if anything really could be done. There are many Farmers agents out there so beware before you think about giving your money to Bob. Once any issues come up Bob is rude and unwilling to help you out.
