      image Rate doubled and they use annoying sales tactics to keep my policy with them. trying to tell me I need to raise my deductible to save a few hundred dollars. Drag their feet to cancel my policy, then don't issue a refund for my policy until almost a month later!

      Hi Ben,Unfortunately we do not control rates and have no say over increases or decreases. We understand that the entire industry is facing rate increases so we like to educate customers on how to keep their premiums affordable in today’s market with different solutions or if your underwriting factors have changed. In order to cancel policies we must have written request in from the policyholder and cannot cancel until that is received. Refunds are processed directly by the company and depend on the method of payment but typically are seen in 7-10 days, or less. Should you face any further concerns, please feel free to reach out.
