        James does an amazing job with getting back to you within a timely manner on the questions you may have! In this day and age, I think we are lacking on customer service. James and his Farmers Agency go above and beyond getting the answer you need and connecting you to the right department if you need help with a claim or quote. I would recommend his services if you are looking for multiple coverage policies!
