The resident relations coordinator is very responsive, polite and professional. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. These units are newly remodeled. I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. I love the basic color selections, it gives it a modern look. We love the pool, they keep it clean. My only gripe is not enough storage on the main floor. We bought storage shelves and using armoires to replace closet space. Once in a blue moon there is some noise disturbances but not enough to be a big deal. Mostly quiet place. Management is pretty quick to resolve issues. This place is perfect for small families. They also allow pets. I love that my dog has a small area to roam freely. The neighborhood seems fairly safe. No major issues. Neighbors are friendly. I updated my review due to the fact that I scheduled a check out no one showed up, no one answered, I cleaned the place thoroughly I waited for 2 hours (mind you I work full time) I don't have time to waste. Very unprofessional.
