I had two Sephora items taken from my toiletries after a room cleaning. I never go out of my way to write reviews but having things stolen from me made this one of my worst hotel experiences. Nothing could be done about my missing items and I had to follow up with reception multiple times to ask for updates, answers or concessions, which I did not sufficiently receive. No one paying to stay at a hotel should be put in such an awkward situation and I will not be staying at any Garden Inn again.

Smoke alarms kept beeping and the front desk did nothing about it. Room was never cleaned between nights and the walls are paper thin
Rooms: Run down and out dated.
The walls are paper thin so sound was an issue each night and the smoke alarm kept beeping inconsistently throughout out the night so little to no sleep. Folks at the front desk when asked could care less.

When in Scottsdale DON'T stay at the Hilton! They knew that a traveling ring of thieves have been stealing wheels and tires from vehicles already 3 times this year at this facility and said nothing!!! No security either! The thrives also had enough time to undo the wiring to make it dark to work on my Tahoe!
According to the Scottsdale PD, the person of interest is an "engineer" living out of his van on site that WAS parked next to me 2 spots over and miraculously is parked on the side of the hotel. And refused a search of his van he's sleeping/living in!
Let's review kids, someone with the knowledge of how to unwire a commercial security light, knew there weren't any cameras, wouldn't draw suspension working on the light, has a vehicle large enough to have my wheels and tires inside of, moves his vehicle in the middle of the night, recorded the conversation with the Scottsdale PD refused concent to look into his van. ...
There is NO sense of consequence anymore! The hotel manager said he doesn't have to open his van. I said, then he also doesn't need to work here either! Crickets.... We're contacting a Lawyer as "Duty of Care" is in short supply here.
