I had a fantastic experience during my stay here! The property was recently acquired by a new company, leading to my reservations being abruptly canceled by the old company, Sonder, two weeks before my arrival. However, the new manager, Justin, went above and beyond to care for me. He honored the original price, upgraded my room, and ensured I was comfortable despite the inconvenience. The location is ideal for exploring Old Town Scottsdale; the rooms and pool are clean. Very quiet at night, which I also loved being an early-to-bed, early-to-rise girl! Bonus that they have Tod Millers Spa on sight that offered yoga by July and massage therapy. I got the BodyWalk treatment by Tod which was incredible. Thank you again, Justin, Tod, and Julz! Ill be back. Rooms: I stayed in a wonderfully clean and spacious suite that overlooked the pool and had a lovely patio. The peaceful location in the back made for quiet nights, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nearby activities: Hiking Camelback Mountain, exploring the Hole in the Rock, biking/walking/running along the Arizona Canal trail, made my stay truly enjoyable. Safety: I stayed at this hotel alone, explored the area by myself, and never once felt unsafe. Walkability: The convenient proximity to shopping, a variety of restaurants, and amenities within walking distance added to the overall experience. Highly recommended!"
